Studio Balke ("we") operates studiobalke.com and related staging hosts. Questions: admin@studiobalke.com.

Contact form data

When you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you provide (name, email, phone if supplied, interest area, message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence. We do not sell this information.

Email delivery

Outbound mail from the contact form is sent through Google Workspace (Gmail API) using our business credentials. Message content is transmitted over TLS to Google's servers.

Server logs

Our web hosts may log IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security and troubleshooting. Logs rotate on a schedule defined in our fleet runbooks and are not used for advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

This staging site does not set marketing cookies. If we enable analytics on the production site, this policy will be updated before tracking begins.

Third-party links

Portfolio and service pages link to client sites and external tools. Their privacy practices apply once you leave studiobalke.com.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of contact form correspondence by emailing admin@studiobalke.com from the same address you used on the form.
